Our curriculum

The Professional Sales Organization (PSO) of Temple University has developed an extensive sales training program with increasing degrees of intensity and depth to ensure all members have a chance to learn and master the art of sales and influencing others.

Our focus is to help you master the sales process:
  1. Introduction
  2. Needs Identification
  3. Presentation
  4. Objections handling
  5. Close

Each step involves sub-components and subtleties that are impossible to attain through a classroom education, only to be mastered through practice and experience. PSO provides high-level hands-on practice through intensive role-play exercises and case simulations.
